Terms of Use
The website, the beta, and what each side can expect from the other. Apple's TestFlight terms govern the app itself.
These terms cover the website at auroraisyours.com and your use of the Aurora beta.
In short. Aurora is in free, unfinished beta on TestFlight for iPhone; the Mac app is not released. A build is provided as it is, and nothing on this site promises a feature by a date or a price afterwards. Anything you record stays yours, and stays on your device unless you move it. Apple's TestFlight terms govern the app once you install it; Polish law governs this website and the beta.
This summary is a reading aid. The sections below are the terms.

What these terms cover
They apply to anyone who reads this website, requests TestFlight access through it, or uses a beta build of Aurora obtained from that link. If you install the app, the TestFlight terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement apply as well. Where they and this page differ, Apple's terms prevail for the app.
The beta
Aurora is beta software. It changes every week, builds expire, and anything this site labels "Experimental in beta" or "In development" is not promised by a date. A beta build is provided as it is, for testing and evaluation. It is free during the beta; that is not a promise about pricing afterwards. We may close the beta, remove a tester, or stop a build at any time, and Apple may do the same. You can leave the beta whenever you like by removing the app and, if you want your request deleted, writing to us.
Treat the beta the way you would treat any early software: keep the recordings that matter to you exported and backed up. Aurora is built so that losing a recording is the last thing that should happen, and we still cannot rule it out in a beta.
Using this website
You may read, link to and quote this site. You may not use it to send unsolicited mail, probe its access form with automated requests, submit an address that is not yours, or attempt to interfere with the services behind it. The access form is protected by a bot check for this reason.
Content and crawling
The text, images, renders and code on this site belong to Aurora unless a page says otherwise. You may not copy them for another product or service without asking. Automated agents and crawlers may read this site within the permissions given in /robots.txt and the summary in /llms.txt; those two files are the whole license to fetch the site programmatically, and nothing here extends it.
Your recordings
Anything you record, transcribe or write with Aurora is yours. We claim no rights to it, and it stays on your device unless you export or send it yourself. You are responsible for having the right to record the people you record; the Recording & Consent page explains what that means in practice.
No warranty, limited liability
To the extent the law allows, the website and the beta are provided without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of transcripts, summaries or answers. A transcript is a machine's best effort, not a record you should rely on without checking. To the same extent, Aurora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the site or the beta. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud, or limits the rights you have as a consumer in your country.
Governing law
Polish law governs these terms and any dispute about the site or the beta. The courts of Warsaw, Poland have jurisdiction. This site and the beta are published by The Code Lab by Leandro Piccione, ul. Świeradowska 47, 02-662 Warszawa, Poland (NIP 7011105083, REGON 523096127, EU VAT PL7011105083).
If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, whatever law is named above.
Changes
When these terms change, we update the date at the top and keep this address stable. Continuing to use the site or the beta after a change means you accept it; if you do not, stop using them and tell us if you want your request deleted.
